PRIDE Committee

Our outreach program creates projects to promote great public education and community partnership in Dunellen.  We obtain NJEA grant money to purchase goods and services, as well as volunteer our time and effort to achieve our goals.  Students, families, and the community benefit directly from this.  Furthermore, it allows us to support local and statewide businesses.

DEA Scholarship Committee

A panel of educators from diverse disciplines and grade levels collaborate to identify a graduating senior to receive the DEA Scholarship Award.  This award, funded annually by donations from DEA members, is given to a student pursuing higher education.  He/she must demonstrate academic excellence and outstanding citizenship throughout his/her academic career in Dunellen Public Schools.  Special thanks also goes to other district staff and administrators who participate in our fundraising.

DEA Scholarship Fundraising Team

This team of educators from all three schools - Faber Elementary School, Lincoln Middle School, and Dunellen High School - coordinate and administer the year-round fundraising activities for the DEA Scholarship Award.

Health & Safety Committee

This team advocates for safer and healthier schools for all students and school personnel in Dunellen.  We help identify and communicate safety and health concerns to the district administration.  Afterwards, we reexamine any solutions to ensure the concerns have been best addressed and fixed.
